At the European Russian Martial Arts Association we are totally committed to the art of Systema, to it's technical development and teaching it to anyone who is willing to learn, from children to teenagers, the elderly and the physically disadvantaged.

The System was originally founded in 1998 by Nick Di Paola, who is coordinator of the European Russian Martial Arts Association based in the West Midlands. The Association is committed to promoting awareness of Russian Martial Arts giving British people a chance to participate in Russia's best kept secret "Systema" based on the training of the Russian special forces.

ERMAA has been up and running since February 2000 and during this time it has attracted the interest of many already established martial artists, along with beginners to self-defence and has instructors teaching the system in many areas of Great Britain.
