Russian Style of Hand-to-hand fighting as been used for the Special Military sub- units in the Soviet Union used in the highest risk missions for a very long time. Systema has no predetermined fighting stances or limitations, and for you to defend your self against any attacks and from any positions and any situations. Nick Di Paola and Trevor Jordan will be conducting 5 hour Systema Seminar in Dudley Leisure Center West midlands the goal of the seminar is to teach a variety of easy to learn and quick to apply techniques, we will be sheering the “Secrets” of Systema incredible techniques will be demonstrated at full speed, then revealed in detail, step by step the result will astound you. If you are a sytsema student or instructor, and think you are at the end of the road or you think you have seen it all…Then this is the seminar for you!!
